We provide a size chart on each product page. We suggest taking measurements (chest, sleeve length, etc.) and comparing them to the chart.

On the product page, you’ll see a text field where you can type your chosen phrase or words.

We use high-quality, tech-forward fabrics that are water-resistant, breathable, and durable, and also eco-friendly. Different products offer varying levels of water repellency and abrasion resistance to suit different needs.

We focus on text-only customization to maintain our minimal, eco-friendly aesthetic. We do not offer image or logo uploads at this time.

We ship to the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, Amazon warehouses), United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories like Guernsey, Jersey), EU countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Ireland), Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Japan, Canada, Turkey, Brazil, or other unlisted regions due to customs restrictions. View all shipping details.

Your order is crafted in 2–3 days, with an additional 1 day for processing. Standard shipping takes 8–16 working days total (from order placement), while express shipping takes 6–8 working days, depending on your region. Delivery times may vary due to customs or local holidays. See delivery estimates by region.

Yes. Once your order ships via Yun Express, you’ll receive a tracking number on your My Account page. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

  • Check your order status in My Account > Orders.
  • Click the tracking link (e.g., Yun Express tracking) to view real-time updates.
  • Track directly on our Track Order page by entering your order number and tracking number.

Note: Yun Express partners with local carriers (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) for final delivery, so tracking may redirect to a local carrier’s site.

Returns & Refunds

Because our jackets are personalized with your chosen text, we typically cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your jacket is defective or you received the wrong text, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

You can cancel your order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing it. If printing has not started, we’ll issue a full refund. Once your jacket enters the printing process, however, we cannot cancel or refund the order. We appreciate your understanding.
