Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Uniechoo, LLC collects, uses and protects personal information through uniechoo.com.
Effective October 6, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us by email or, when available, through our inquiry form, such as your name, work email, company, website, project requirements, budget range, service interest, target market, preferred timing and any message or email attachment you include. There are no user accounts. When the inquiry form is available, submissions receive a reference number and are stored in a private Cloudflare database so we can follow up even if an email notification fails.
When you use the website, we also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location and interaction data. This comes from our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and, where analytics is permitted, from Google Analytics.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential projects.
- Prepare proposals and provide requested services.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
- Understand website usage and measure which pages lead to inquiries.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations.
- Protect our rights, users and systems from fraud or misuse.
3. Legal bases where applicable
Depending on your location and the context, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with law or for legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. Advertising features are disabled. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details and choices.
5. Service providers
We share information only with providers that support hosting, inquiry storage, security and form email notifications (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), email and accounting. They may process information only for the relevant service and under their own contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. International processing
Uniechoo operates remotely and may use providers or work with clients in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your state, province or country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including follow-up, contractual, accounting, legal, security and dispute requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also be entitled to appeal a decision or complain to a supervisory authority. To make a request, email info@uniechoo.com. We may need to verify your identity.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Third-party websites
The website links to client projects and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date.
