Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping to select international destinations. See eligible regions below.
Where We Ship
We proudly ship to the following regions:
- North America: United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, Amazon warehouses)
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- Europe: United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories like Guernsey, Jersey), France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Ireland
Regions we do not ship to (due to customs or carrier restrictions):
- Japan, Canada, Turkey, Israel, Brazil, South Africa, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Lebanon, Tanzania, Rwanda, Egypt, Angola, Qatar, and others not listed above.
Note: Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete (full name, valid phone number, no PO Boxes where restricted).
Delivery Times
Each Uniechoǒ order is custom-made, requiring 2–3 days for personalization, plus 1 day for processing and packing. Total delivery time includes this 3–4 day handling period plus shipping. The estimates below are for reference and may vary due to local conditions, such as customs processing or holidays.

Important: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once personalization begins. If your order is held by customs for clearance, unforeseen delays may occur. Provide accurate recipient details to minimize delays.

Europe
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of USD 100 or more.
- Standard Shipping: USD 12 (free for orders of USD 100 or more).
- Express Shipping: USD 30.
Rest of the World
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of USD 100 or more (United States, Australia, New Zealand).
- Standard Shipping: USD 13 (free for orders of USD 100 or more).
- Express Shipping: USD 35.
Note: Shipping costs are based on a 1 kg package. Costs may increase for orders that are heavier or larger.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships via Yun Express, you’ll receive a tracking number on your My Account page or via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
- Check your order status in My Account > Orders.
- Click the tracking link (e.g., Yun Express tracking) to view real-time updates.
- Track directly on our Track Order page by entering your order number and tracking number.
Note: Yun Express partners with local carriers (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) for final delivery, so tracking may redirect to a local carrier’s site.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived, What Should I Do?
If your order includes a tracking number, please wait 48 hours for updates. If there’s no update, contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
If your order lacks a tracking number, contact us immediately with your order number, and we’ll identify the issue. Delivery times may be affected by local conditions, such as customs delays or holidays, which can extend our estimated timelines.
My Order Says Delivered, But I Can’t Find My Package
If your tracking number indicates “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We’ll confirm the delivery status and contact the carrier on your behalf.
If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll initiate a refund or reshipment process promptly. We’re committed to delivering your custom Uniechoǒ gear as quickly as possible.
