Important services are hard to find
Searchers reach the wrong page, key services lack a useful landing page, or the site makes it difficult to understand what you offer.

01 / The business problem
This service suits established businesses with real expertise and accurate source material. We focus on the questions prospective customers ask before they make contact.
Searchers reach the wrong page, key services lack a useful landing page, or the site makes it difficult to understand what you offer.
Capabilities, use cases, qualifications and practical next steps are missing or scattered across the website.
Public business information is inconsistent, AI answers lack useful sources, or the connection between visits and inquiries is unclear.
02 / The work
Each proposal defines the pages, content, access requirements and implementation responsibilities. We do not sell a generic list of technical settings as a growth result.
Review crawlability, indexation, page structure, internal links and measurement. Implement agreed fixes where access permits, or prepare clear requirements for your developer.
Research customer questions and competing pages, then improve selected service pages and create content from your team's expertise and approved facts.
Check company details, credentials and public profiles for consistency. Improve profiles you control and identify evidence gaps or third-party corrections to request.
Establish a baseline, repeat a defined set of search and AI checks, document changes and use the findings to select the next actions.
03 / Ways to work together
A defined review with evidence, priorities and an implementation roadmap. Fixed project fee agreed after we confirm site size, markets and review depth.
A focused period for agreed technical fixes, page improvements and content. Quoted by scope, with milestones and client dependencies documented before work begins.
Continued content, monitoring and improvements with an agreed cadence, capacity and review period. Scope, fee and term are confirmed in writing.
You do not have to buy every stage. Existing annual-plan clients are quoted only for work beyond their included scope.
04 / Read the evidence
A limited, real review of our public English site on October 6, 2026, before this update. This demonstrates how we connect evidence to action. It is not a client case study, a complete audit or evidence of search growth.
Can a visitor with an existing website find an independent search service? Can they understand the cost model and make an inquiry without selecting a website plan?
Method: review the public English homepage, pricing and contact page copy, navigation and links. No customer analytics, Search Console data or AI-platform prompt tests were used for this sample.
| Finding and evidence | Priority | Recommended action |
|---|---|---|
| No separate service route. The homepage led with a website and annual plan; primary navigation offered Pricing, Work, Process and About. | High | Add an existing-website route and a service page describing scope, evidence and next steps. |
| A purchase-model conflict. The pricing FAQ stated: “We only work on annual plans.” | High | Separate annual website plans from independent search projects and clarify overlapping work. |
| One budget gate for every inquiry. Contact copy described annual plans starting at $9,600 per year. | High | Apply the annual-plan threshold only to website inquiries and offer a relevant search-service inquiry route. |
These are service-discovery and inquiry-path findings. They do not establish indexing faults, low rankings or missing AI citations. Follow-up: verify both inquiry journeys, then monitor received inquiries by service and review lead quality.
The agreed site and question sample; dates and test conditions; evidence for each finding; priority and rationale; recommended actions and owners; a review meeting. AI checks, when included, record platform, language, market, prompts and repeat-test conditions. Analytics findings depend on the access and history available.
05 / Measurement
A change log of technical fixes, pages improved and content published, tied to the agreed scope.
Search Console trends and repeat observations from a defined AI question sample. Brand mentions and linked citations are reported separately; individual screenshots are observations, not an overall visibility score.
Trackable visits, confirmed form submissions and qualified inquiries where data is available. Email-button clicks are intent signals, not received inquiries; not every AI interaction can be attributed.
06 / Delivery evidence
Our case studies document website structure, content and technical delivery. Easton Tax demonstrates a Chinese-language professional-services website; CTP Pumps and EnoBio demonstrate technical business content. These are not presented as proven English-language GEO growth campaigns.
07 / Questions
No. We first review your existing site, CMS, access and technical constraints. Where practical, we improve it in place. If a limitation requires your developer or a larger rebuild, we explain why and agree the scope before proceeding.
It builds on search fundamentals: accessible pages, useful content and credible business information. We also examine how selected AI search tools describe and cite your business. GEO is another name for this work; it is not a separate shortcut to guaranteed recommendations.
Your website, priority services, target markets and business goals. For deeper analysis and implementation, we may need Search Console, analytics and CMS access, plus product or service expertise and one person to approve factual claims and content.
An audit delivers findings, evidence and a prioritized action plan. Fixes and content production are included only when explicitly listed in the proposal. You can commission implementation from us or take the report to your own team.
No. If the problem and scope are already clear, we can quote implementation directly. An audit, a 90-day implementation project and ongoing optimization can each be purchased separately.
A full website rebuild, hosting migration, large content imports, paid ads, ongoing social management and third-party fees are excluded unless listed in the proposal. We can update public profiles you control and recommend outreach, but cannot control third-party publishers or promise links and citations.
No. Search engines and AI platforms control their results. A 90-day project defines an implementation period, not a deadline for rankings or revenue. We report completed work and observed results, including uncertainty and limitations.
We check your included scope and remaining allowances first. Search work already covered by your plan stays included. Only additional agreed work is quoted separately.
Send your website, target market and current problem. The first conversation establishes fit; it is not a free full audit or a service purchase.
