01 / The first year

Five stages from business context to a growing website.

Stage 01

Discover

We review the business, markets, buyers, current website, competitors, required functionality, available content and practical constraints.

Your input
Business context, existing access, goals, examples and one main decision-maker.
Decision
Confirm the plan, starting date and priorities.
Stage 02

Plan

We define the sitemap, page goals, keyword and page-intent plan, content requirements, user paths and technical approach.

Your input
Confirm priorities, page requirements and any regulated or legal constraints.
Decision
Approve the website plan before copy and design expand.
Stage 03

Write & Design

We write or shape the English copy for the approved pages, establish the visual direction and design the core page experience.

Your input
Supply accurate information and give consolidated feedback.
Decision
Approve copy direction and design before full development.
Stage 04

Build & Launch

Approved designs are developed as a responsive WordPress website with SEO, analytics and conversion tracking in place. We test, connect the domain and go live.

Your input
Review the staging website and report feedback by the agreed date.
Decision
Approve launch.
Stage 05

Grow & Care

For the rest of the year, and every year after, we publish content, add and refresh pages, monitor how Google and AI assistants describe you, report results and keep hosting, updates and security current.

Your input
Join the scheduled strategy reviews and approve priorities.
Decision
Choose the next period's focus from the evidence.

02 / Time to first launch

The website goes live early in the first year.

Typical time from kickoff to launch when decisions and materials are ready. Larger page counts, migration, complex functionality and delayed feedback extend the schedule.

03 / After launch

Baseline. Prioritize. Execute. Measure. Improve.

Growth is not a linear build. We start from search, analytics, AI search (GEO) and conversion evidence, choose a focused set of actions, measure over an appropriate period and use the findings to plan the next one. Strategy reviews follow the rhythm of your plan.

04 / Feedback and revisions

Three consolidated revision rounds keep decisions focused.

Feedback is collected from all stakeholders and returned as one clear set of comments. A revision round means changes to the approved direction—not a new sitemap, audience or objective. Material changes to scope are estimated before work continues.

05 / Billing and renewal

One annual invoice. Renewed each year.

Plans are billed annually in advance for a 12-month term and renew at the same annual price, which includes the following year's website upgrades, content, search work and technical care. If you choose not to renew, you keep the website, content and domain, and we hand everything over. See what each plan includes.
