01 Project snapshot

A professional services website where credibility does the selling.

Easton Tax is a U.S. CPA firm founded in New Jersey. It serves individuals, businesses and high-net-worth clients, with a focus on cross-border tax for Chinese-speaking clients—so the website is written in Simplified Chinese and explains U.S. tax topics in plain terms.

Business context
U.S. CPA firm serving individual, business and cross-border tax clients.
Key content
Individual, cross-border and business tax services, founder profile, credentials, client reviews, tax blog and consultation booking.
Primary audience
High-net-worth individuals, business owners and cross-border Chinese-speaking clients in the U.S.

02 The challenge

Complex tax services need to feel understandable—and safe.

Tax clients decide whether to reach out based on trust. The rebuild needed to make the firm's services, experience and credentials easy to find and easy to understand for visitors reading about complicated cross-border topics.

03 Goals

Make expertise easy to see and easy to act on.

  • Group services clearly into individual, cross-border and business tax.
  • Put founder experience and professional credentials where visitors look for them.
  • Simplify navigation and improve readability across the site.
  • Build a blog structure for ongoing tax content and search.
  • Keep consultation booking visible throughout the site.
  • Improve performance and the mobile experience.

04 Strategy & structure

Three service groups, one clear path to a consultation.

Services are grouped into individual, cross-border and business tax, each listing the specific work the firm handles. Founder background, credentials and client reviews support the services, and a consultation button stays in the header on every page.

05 Visual direction

Calm, established and familiar to the firm's audience.

A navy-and-white interface with a traditional landscape illustration in the hero sets a calm, established tone. Service cards, credential logos and review blocks keep dense information easy to scan.

06 WordPress build

A WordPress site built for ongoing tax content.

The WordPress build includes a blog architecture for tax articles, on-page SEO improvements, performance and mobile optimization, and reusable service sections across the site.

07 Outcome

A clearer, more credible first impression for high-value clients.

The rebuilt website presents the firm's services, experience and credentials in a clearer structure, with simpler navigation and a direct route to booking a consultation. It also gives the firm a base for publishing tax content over time.

I highly recommend Euphie’s service. She rebuilt my accounting firm website with a fresh new look and design. She combines technical ability with an element of art in her work. She listened to our needs and vision and was able to fulfill our vision through her work.
